Supine 90/90 Hip Lift is a non-manual PRI alignment and retraining exercise. If you have back pain, hip pain, knee pain, really any pain that has lasted more than 30 days, there is a good chance your pelvis is tipped forward on one or both sides. This can cause a slew musculoskeletal problems including lumbar disc compression, hip impingement and patellofemoral syndrome to name a few. The good news is that is is easy to correct. Do 90/90 each morning as instructed in the video for 30 days. If the problem has not resolved, I would suggest scheduling an appointment for a more individualized assessment of your alignment and movement patterns.
